I am a Holistic Wellness Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Recovery Exercise Specialist, with a 200-hour yoga certification through Yoga Alliance. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from Keiser University, along with an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management.

My approach blends science-based training with holistic wellness to help you build strength, improve your health, and create a lifestyle that actually works for you.

My journey is personal. Through love, loss, and life challenges, I found grounding in yoga, meditation, and spiritual alignment. That experience shaped how I guide others today, with both professional knowledge and real understanding.
